摘　　要：石硫合剂是一种由石灰、硫磺粉以及水熬制而成的无机硫类农药,因其在杀菌、杀虫以及杀螨等方面具有良好的药性,目前其在果园中应用广泛,对多种病虫害具有良好的防治效果。现阶段关于石硫合剂合成工艺应用较为广泛的是结晶母液循环利用法。但是该合成方法生产周期长,污染大,能耗高,无法进行工业化大面积推广使用;部分企业采用液体石硫合剂自由水吸附结晶的方法生产固体石硫合剂,这种方法工艺相对简单,成本低,制作简单,但是得到的晶体产品含量低,不能满足药效使用要求。本篇文章从环境污染控制出发,对石硫合剂合成工艺以及冷却结晶方法进行研究,得到晶体石硫合剂绿色合成工艺路线。Lime sulphur pesticide is an inorganic sulfur pesticide made by boiling lime,sulfur powder,and water.Due to its excellent properties in killing bacteria,insects,and mites,it is widely used in orchards and has good control effects on various pests and diseases.At present,the widely used method for synthesizing lime sulphur agents is the recycling of crystallization mother liquor.However,this synthesis method has a long production cycle,high pollution,high energy consumption,and cannot be widely promoted for industrial use;Some enterprises use the method of free water adsorption crystallization of liquid lime sulphur agent to produce solid lime sulfur agent.This method has a relatively simple process,low cost,and simple production,but the resulting crystal product has a low content and cannot meet the requirements for drug efficacy.Starting from environmental pollution control,this article studies the synthetic process and cooling crystallization methods of lime sulfur compounds,and obtains a environmental synthesis process route for crystal stone sulfur compounds.
