树枝状聚合物对负离子PP复合材料性能的影响

摘  要:选用滑石粉作为填料对PP树脂进行增强改性,伴随负离子母粒的添加,赋予了该复合材料释放负离子的功能。树枝状聚合物是一种新型高分子,具有规整的几何结构、较大的内部空腔和大量的末端官能团。树枝状聚合物作为润滑剂用于制备负离子PP复合材料,可以显著提升复合材料的流动性和负离子释放能力,当润滑剂的添加量为1%(质量分数)时,复合材料的综合性能最优。The enhancement modification of PP resin with talc powder was introduced,the composites have the function of release negative ions due to the addition of negative ion masterbatches.Dendrimers are a new kind of polymer with regular geometric structure,large internal cavity and terminal a large number of functional groups.Negative ion PP composites were prepared by using dendrimers as lubricants,the fluidity and the function of release negative ions of the composites were improved obviously,the composites show the best performance when the addition of lubricants was 1%.
