摘  要:研究了各种条件下,水热法处理本公司拜耳法赤泥的效果。试验结果表明,中温脱碱效果不好;氧化铝洗液和苛化液不宜用作脱碱母液;最佳脱碱条件是:265℃,氧化钙与二氧化硅的物质的量比C/S=3.0,配料铝酸钠溶液中氯化铝与苛性碱(Na_(2)O_(K))的质量比R_(p)=0.2,用R_(p)尽量低(<0.04)、ρ(N_(K))=150 g/L的母液脱碱30 min(或300℃,20 min),氧化钠溶出率可达90%以上,氧化铝溶出率为15%左右,赤泥中氧化钠含量降至0.5%以下,可用于生产水泥。The effect of hydrothermal treatment of our company's Bayer process red mud under various conditions was studied.The experimental results indicate that the dealkalization effect at medium temperatures is not satisfactory;Alumina washing solution and causticizing solution should not be used as dealkalization mother liquor;The optimal dealkalization conditions are:265℃,C/S=3.0,R_(p)=0.2,using a mother liquor with R_(p) as low as possible(<0.04)and ρ(N_(k))=150 g/L for dealkalization for 30 min(or 300℃,20 min).The dissolution rate of sodium oxide can reach over 90%,the dissolution rate of alumina is about 15%,and the sodium oxide content in red mud is reduced to below 0.5%,which can be used for the production of cement.
