摘 要:香豆素类化合物是药用植物的主要活性成分之一,被广泛应用于医药、食品、日化、农业、纺织业、光电材料等领域。香豆素的母核结构存在多个活性位点,通过对其结构修饰可获得I类新药的潜在先导化合物,所以对其合成工艺的研究一直受到国内外学者持续关注。据报道,香豆素的合成方法历史悠久且数量较多,部分存在相应局限性,在此基础上还衍生出一些新型合成法。文章通过对比、分析各类研究方法,旨在探索一种绿色环保、高效低耗的新颖模式香豆素类化合物合成途径,为后续含香豆素骨架的先导化合物的设计与合成奠定理论基础。Coumarin compounds are one of the main active ingredients in medicinal plants and are widely used in fields such as medicine,food,daily chemical,agriculture,textile industry,optoelectronic materials,etc.The parent nucleus structure of coumarin contains multiple active sites,and potential lead compounds for class I new drugs can be obtained by modifying its structure.Therefore,the research on its synthesis process has been continuously studied by scholars at home and abroad.According to reports,the synthesis methods of coumarin have a long history and a large quantity,some of which have corresponding limitations.On this basis,some new synthesis methods have also been derived.The article aims to explore a novel mode for the synthesis of coumarin compounds,which is green,environmentally friendly,efficient,and low consumption,by comparing and analyzing various research methods,laying a theoretical foundation for the design and synthesis of lead compounds containing coumarin skeletons in the future.
