摘　　要：羟考酮属于吗啡类的阿片类药物刺激剂,其功效包括止痛、安抚和催眠。但是,这种相关的药品可能会被阿片滥用者或者成瘾者所追求。滥用羟考酮会导致严重的健康和社会问题,首先,滥用羟考酮会使身体产生依赖性和成瘾性。长期使用羟考酮会导致大脑中的奖赏系统发生变化,使人产生强烈的渴求感和戒断症状。此外,滥用羟考酮还可能导致呼吸抑制、低血压、昏迷甚至死亡等严重后果。其次,滥用羟考酮对社会稳定和安全造成威胁。由于羟考酮具有强烈的镇痛作用,因此被一些不法分子用于制造毒品或进行非法交易。这不仅危害了个人的健康和社会秩序,也加剧了犯罪活动和毒品问题的蔓延。因此,我们应该加强对羟考酮的监管和管理,防止其滥用和非法交易。同时,也需要提高公众对羟考酮的认识和了解,避免误用和滥用。只有这样才能有效地保护人们的健康和社会的安全稳定。本文对羟考酮及其相关药物进行阐述,结合实际案例中重点人群毛发样本检测数据进行分析,探究羟考酮相关毒品滥用危险及特征,希望为加强羟考酮等相关药物作为毒品替代品的滥用风险管控提供理论支持。Oxycodone is an opioid agonist of morphine with analgesic,sedative and hypnotic effects.However,this kind of related drugs may become the target of opioid abusers and addicts.The abuse of oxycodone can lead to serious health and social problems.First of all,the abuse of oxycodone can lead to physical dependence and addiction.Long-term use of oxycodone can cause changes in the brain′s reward system,causing intense craving and withdrawal symptoms.In addition,the abuse of oxycodone may lead to respiratory depression,low blood pressure,coma and even death and other serious consequences.Second,the abuse of oxycodone poses a threat to social stability and security.Because of its powerful analgesic effect,oxycodone has been used by some unscrupulous elements in the manufacture of drugs or in the illicit trade.This not only jeopardizes the health of individuals and social order,but also exacerbates the spread of crime and the drug problem.Therefore,we should strengthen the regulation and management of oxycodone to prevent its abuse and illegal trade.At the same time,there is a need to raise public awareness and understanding of oxycodone to avoid misuse and abuse.Only in this way can we effectively protect people′s health and social security and stability.In this paper,oxycodone and its related drugs are expounded,combined with the actual cases of key groups of hair sample analysis data,to explore the risk of oxycodone-related drug abuse and characteristics,in order to strengthen the risk management of oxycodone as a drug substitute to provide theoretical support and practical guidance.
