浅谈天然气设备用气量估算在检查工作中的应用

摘　　要：具备天然气设备用气量估算能力,能降低燃气事故、有效指导居民技改换表和高效打击偷盗气,保障企业安全平稳运行。提出一种燃气计量负荷运算软件,结合实际工作经验,列举天然气设备用气量估算在检查放散量、居民用气量、非居民用气量和锅炉房用气量的典型应用场景,为燃气从业人员提供参考。有望提升燃气从业人员燃气计量素质,提高燃气放散风险意识,降低事故发生率、提高用气量投诉工单满意率、打击偷盗气,降低购销差,保障企业安全平稳运行,提高社会满意度。It has the ability to estimate gas consumption of natural gas equipment,which can reduce gas accidents,effectively guide residents to change meters and efficiently combat gas theft,and ensure the safe and smooth operation of enterprises.In this paper,a gas metering load calculation software is proposed.Combined with practical work experience,the typical application scenarios of gas consumption estimation of natural gas equipment in the inspection of discharge,residential gas consumption,non-residential gas consumption and boiler room gas consumption are listed,so as to provide reference for gas practitioners.It is expected to improve the gas metering quality of gas practitioners,improve the awareness of gas release risk,reduce the accident rate,improve the satisfaction rate of gas consumption complaint work order,combat gas theft,reduce the purchase and sales gap,ensure the safe and stable operation of enterprises,and improve social satisfaction.
