摘  要:介绍了轻烃芳构化装置再生气循环压缩机因工艺原因短暂停机和重新启动后,压缩机驱动端振动值明显增大,非驱动端振动值基本无变化的情况。通过对压缩机工艺参数前后对比、驱动端轴承巴氏合金磨损情况分析、压缩机同心度检查、压缩机可倾瓦轴承瓦块卡滞检查等几方面进行分析,最终确认由于润滑油管线端面铁屑进入轴承瓦块背部造成压缩机驱动端可倾瓦轴承瓦块卡滞,从而造成压缩机驱动端振动明显变大。After a brief shutdown and restart due to process reasons,the vibration value of the driving end of the regenerated gas cycle compressor in the light hydrocarbon aromatization unit significantly increased,while the vibration value of the non driving end remained basically unchanged.Through comparing the process parameters of the compressor before and after,analyzing the wear of the babbitt alloy of the drive end bearing,checking the concentricity of the compressor,and checking the jamming of the tilting pad bearing block of the compressor,it was finally confirmed that the jamming of the tilting pad bearing block of the compressor drive end was caused by the entry of iron chips from the end face of the lubricating oil pipeline into the back of the bearing block,resulting in a significant increase in the vibration of the compressor drive end.
