摘  要:在位于山西省吕梁市临县及兴县境内的临兴致密气田,中国海油先后投产了临兴中区先导试验区、一体化一到五期、第一到第五开发区等项目,陆续建成了配套的集输处理站场以及采集气管线等地面工程设施。针对临兴致密气田单井产量低、稳产时间短、压力递减快等特点,通过不断实践和认识,逐步摸索出一套适合临兴致密气田开发的地面工程技术,包括:以“井口不加热节流、注环保抑制剂、中低压集气、湿气输送”为核心的地面集输总流程;“沉降除油+加药絮凝+蒸发”的清洁水处理工艺;站场标准化和橇块化设计;数字化站场等,为大规模、低成本的有效开发临兴致密气田奠定了基础,同时也为中国海油类似陆上气田开发提供了宝贵借鉴。In Linxing tight gas fields located in Linxian and Xingxian,Lvliang City,Shanxi Province,China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC)has successively put into production the central Linxing pilot area,integrated areas 1~5,and development area 1~5,and completed supporting ground engineering facilities including gathering and processing stations as well as transportation pipelines.In response to the characteristics of Linxing fields,such as low single-well production,short stable production period and rapid pressure decline,a set of ground engineering technologies suitable for the tight gas development has been gradually explored through continuous practice and re-understanding,including the core ground gathering and transportation process of"no heating and throttling at the wellhead,injection of environmentally friendly inhibitors,medium and low-pressure gathering and wet gas transportation";clean water treatment process of"settling and oil removal+dosing and coagulation+evaporation";standardized and modularized design of stations;and digitalized stations,which have laid the foundation for the large-scale,low-cost,and effective development of Linxing tight gas fields,and also provided valuable reference for similar onshore gas fields development by CNOOC.
