摘　　要：介绍了分子筛生产装置尾气的特点、湿法电除尘器的优点、工作原理和主要结构,总结了湿法电除尘器运行问题,并寻求解决问题的对策,分析了湿法电除尘器的故障原因,优化了维护保养策略,实现了湿法电除尘器在分子筛尾气处理上的成功应用,确保了尾气达标排放。The characteristics of the tail gas of molecular sieve production plant,the advantages,working principle and main structure of the wet electrostatic precipitator were introduced,the operation problems of the wet electrostatic precipitator were summarized,and the countermeasures were sought.The failure causes of the wet electrostatic precipitator were analyzed,and the maintenance strategy was optimized.The successful application of the wet electrostatic precipitator in the tail gas treatment of the molecular sieve was realized,and the exhaust emission was ensured.
