摘　　要：分析了加氢装置离心机平衡管在运行过程中出现泄漏点的原因,持续加强设备管理,严格落实设备完整性预防性维修策略要求,定期开展检查、检测,压缩机附属管道按压力管道标准进行管理,结合机组检修开展检验、检测。This paper analyzes the causes of leakage points in the centrifuge balance pipe of hydrogenation unit during operation,continuously strengthens equipment management,strictly implements the requirements of equipment integrity preventive maintenance strategy,carries out regular inspection and testing,and manages the affiliated pipeline of compressor according to the pressure pipeline standard,and carries out inspection and testing in combination with unit maintenance.
