摘  要:随着石油化工企业对安全生产要求的不断提高,紧急隔离阀的设置受到重视。石油化工装置中,在装有可燃物料的设备发生火灾时,通过关闭紧急隔离阀,切断可燃物料,可以在一定程度上降低事故损失。重点分析石油炼化装置中紧急隔离阀的设计原则。对紧急隔离阀的设计选型和防火要求方面进行了详细阐述,选型包括阀体类型、执行机构、泄露等级等。结合实际项目案例,详细分析了紧急隔离阀相关的联锁设计以及实际应用中应注意的事项。通过探讨和总结实际工程中紧急隔离阀的设计选型,为后续类似阀门的设计应用提供参考。With the continuous improvement of safety production requirements in petrochemical enterprises,the setting of emergency block valve has been paid more attention.In petrochemical equipment,when a fire occurs in the equipment equipped with combustible materials,the emergency block valve can be closed to cut off the combustible materials,and the accident loss can be reduced to a certain extent.The design principle of emergency block valve in petroleum refining and chemical plant is analyzed.The design and selection of emergency block valve and the requirements of fire protection are described in detail.Valve selection includes valve body type,actuator,leakage level,etc.The interlock design of emergency block valve is analyzed in detail according to the actual project case.The matters needing attention in practical application are explained.This paper summarizes the design of emergency block valve in practical engineering,and provides reference for the subsequent design and application of similar valves.
