摘 要:以某天然气处理厂工程为基础,对天然气脱酸工艺流程进行了介绍。深入研究了天然气脱酸工艺中用到的复杂控制方案,包括超弛控制、串级控制,保证脱酸工艺流程高效平稳运行。阐述了天然气处理厂的五级关断方案及脱酸单元的联锁方案,力保天然气处理厂的生产安全。液力透平泵作为脱酸流程重难点,着重分析了其工艺流程及联锁控制方案,提高可靠性、可用性。The process flow of natural gas deacidification is described in this paper,which is based on a natural gas processing plant project.The complex control schemes used in natural gas deacidification process,including override control,cascade control,are deeply studied to ensure the efficient and stable operation of deacidification process.The five-stage shut-off scheme of natural gas processing plant and the interlocking scheme of deacidification unit are described to ensure the production safety of natural gas processing plant.The hydraulic turbine pump is an important and difficult point in the deacidification process,and its process flow and interlocking control scheme are analyzed to improve the reliability and availability.
