摘　　要：根据统计,2019年我国676家化工园区中(石化联合会统计,应急管理部表述800余家),真正实行封闭管理的不足10%。而国际上成熟的新加坡裕廊岛、德国路德维希港等园区均实行了园区封闭管理。近年来,国内法律法规也对化工园区封闭管理提出了要求。本文针对化工园区封闭管理进行了简单探讨,以期抛砖引玉,给各位专业人员带来新的启示。According to statistics,less than 10%of the 676 chemical parks in our country in 2019(stat from the Petrochemical Federation,the Ministry of Emergency Management stated more than 800)actually implemented closed management.While internationally mature industrial parks such as Jurong Island in Singapore and Ludwigshafen in Germany have all implemented closed management of the parks.In recent years,domestic laws and regulations have also put forward requirements for the closed management of chemical parks.This paper makes a brief discussion on the closed management of chemical industry parks,in the hope of initiating a more profound discussion and providing new inspiration for professionals in this field.
