摘  要:某生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理站设计处理规模为300 t/d,采用“气浮+电催化氧化+A/O生化+高级氧化”的工艺路线,主要设施包括调节池、气浮单元、电催化氧化设备、A/O池、超滤系统、高级氧化单元、污泥池等。本文介绍并剖析了常用的膜法处理工艺和非膜法处理工艺的技术和经济性;针对生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液的特征和进出水水质,结合实践提出了全量化处理工艺路线和主要处理单元初步设计。The design capacity of a landfill leachate treatment station is 300 t/d,and the process route of"air flotation+electrocatalytic oxidation+A/O+advanced oxidation"is adopted,which mainly includes regulation tank,air flotation unit,electrocatalytic oxidation equipment,A/O tank,ultrafiltration system,advanced oxidation unit,sludge tank and so on.This paper introduces and analyzes the technology and economy of common membrane process and non-membrane process.According to the characteristics of leachate and the quality of water in and out of landfill,the fully quantified treatment process and the preliminary design of main treatment units were put forward.
