盐城市区生活污水厂三唑类杀菌剂的分布特征及风险评估

摘  要:采集盐城市区四座污水厂共33份样品,选取三环唑、戊唑醇、丙环唑、三唑醇作为三唑类杀菌剂,通过固相萃取-高效液相色谱-质谱联用检测方法,测定样品中目标三唑类杀菌剂残留浓度。所得4种目标三唑类杀菌剂的回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,检出限为0.02~0.03 ng/L。结果表明,污水厂的进出水与河流下游的目标三唑类杀菌剂检出率为100%,其中河流下游检出浓度最高,出水口浓度显著低于进水口浓度。同时对检出目标三唑类杀菌剂的各点位生态风险进行评估,其12个点位的风险商RO均小于0.1,属于低风险。Thirty-three samples were collected from four domestic sewage plants in Yancheng Tricyclazole,tebuconazole,propiconazole,and triadimenol were selected as the target triazole fungicides.The residual concentrations of these target triazole fungicides in the samples were determined using the solid-phase extraction combined with high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection method.The regression equations of all four target triazole fungicides exhibited strong linear correlation,and the detection limit was from 0.02~0.03 ng/L.The results showed the detection rate of the target triazole fungicides in the inlet and outlet water of the sewage plant and the downstream of the river were 100%.The highest concentration was recorded in the downstream section,while the outlet concentration was significantly lower compared to the inlet.The ecological risk assessment of the target triazole fungicide revealed the risk quotient of all twelve locations was less than 0.1,indicating a low-risk level.
