摘 要:为实现对葡萄籽油掺伪的快速检测,应用红外光谱技术结合主成分分析法对5种浓度一元掺伪葡萄籽油进行分析.结果表明:掺伪葡萄籽油中掺伪质量分数越高,与之对应的投影点离葡萄籽油样品投影点的距离越大,说明基于本方法可进行葡萄籽油质量分数掺伪的鉴别.In order to achieve rapid determination of adulterated grape seed oil,infrared spectroscopy technology combined with principal component analysis method was applied to analyze five concentrations of unitary adulterated oil.After combining infrared spectroscopy with principal component analysis,it can be observed that the higher the quality fraction of mixed oil,the farther the distance from the projection point of grape seed oil.This indicates that the identification of grape seed oil quality fraction adulteration can be carried out based on infrared spectroscopy technology combined with principal component analysis method.
