社会支持对大学生生活事件的影响:自尊和心理弹性的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持对大学生生活事件的影响以及自尊和心理弹性在其中的中介作用.方法:采用《青少年生活事件量表》《领悟社会支持量表》《自尊量表》《青少年心理弹性量表》对522名大学生进行调查.结果:社会支持显著负向影响生活事件;社会支持与自尊、心理弹性显著正相关,社会支持、自尊、心理弹性与生活事件显著负相关;自尊、心理弹性在社会支持和生活事件之间的独立中介和链式中介作用均显著.结论:大学生社会支持既可以直接影响生活事件,也可以通过自尊、心理弹性的独立中介效应以及自尊和心理弹性的链式中介效应间接影响.Objective:Exploring the impact of social support on life events of college students and the mediating role of self-esteem and psychological resilience in it.Methods:522 college students were investigated by Adolescent Life Events Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,Self-esteem Scale and Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale.Results:Social support had a significant negative impact on life events;Social support was positively correlated with self-esteem and resilience,while social support,self-esteem and resilience were negatively correlated with life events;The independent and chain mediating effects of self-esteem and psychological resilience between social support and life events are significant.Conclusion:College students’social support can not only directly affect life events,but also indirectly through the independent mediating effects of self-esteem and resilience and the chain mediating effects of self-esteem and resilience.
