摘  要:由于风电、负荷预测误差给电力系统安全性和经济性带来影响,构建了含风电、负荷不确定性的环境经济调度模型。利用威布尔(Weibull)分布预测风速,同时用区间形式将负荷预测值模糊化处理。针对风电预测误差的强时变特性,设置额外的时变旋转备用容量,并根据机会约束的方法将系统时变备用容量约束转化为确定形式,使系统得以安全稳定运行。提出基于灰熵关联度排序的多目标改进杂草算法(HAN-IWO)求解模型。以IEEE 30节点、6机组系统并结合4种国际标准函数进行分析,仿真结果验证了所提模型的可行性以及改进算法解决环境经济调度问题上的有效性。The wind power and load forecast errors have an impact on the security and economy of the power system.An environmental economic dispatch model with wind power and load uncertainty is constructed.The wind speed is predicted by Weibull distribution,and the load prediction value is fuzzified in interval form.Aiming at the strong time-varying characteristics of wind power forecast error,additional time-varying rotating reserve capacity is set up,and the system time-varying reserve capacity constraint is converted into a definite form according to the method of chance constraint,so that the system can operate safely and stably.A multi-objective improved weed algorithm(HAN-IWO)solution model based on grey entropy correlation degree ranking is proposed.An IEEE 30-node,6-generator system combined with 4 international standard functions is used for analysis,and the simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the improved algorithm in solving environmental and economic scheduling problems.
