摘 要:在SF_(6)气体分解产物检测过程中,由于气体分解产物的多样性和光谱吸收特性的重叠,导致直接提取单一分解产物的光谱信息变得困难,为了保障电气设备的安全运行,提出基于光声光谱技术的SF_(6)气体分解产物检测方法。基于SF_(6)气体的光谱吸收特性,引入CRDS技术建立光腔衰荡装置,实现SF_(6)气体单一分解产物的标准光谱吸收参数测量,并将其作为参考,应用于后续SF_(6)气体分解产物的识别。通过信号转换技术,采集SF_(6)气体混合分解产物的电信号,并利用FRFT算法提高信号质量,结合FastICA算法,完成实际应用环境中SF_(6)气体单一源信号的精准提取。将SF_(6)气体单一源信号转换为光信号,再次输入光腔衰荡装置中,通过将实际分解产物光谱吸收参数与参考参数的比对,完成SF_(6)气体分解产物的判定以及浓度检测。仿真结果表明,所提方法构建的光腔衰荡装置检测精度较高,能够实现分解产物的准确判定及浓度分析,为高压电气设备的安全应用及故障诊断提供了有力支持。In the detection process of SF_(6)gas decomposition products,the detection process of SF_(6)gas decomposition products,the diversity of gas decomposition products and the overlap of spectral absorption characteristics make it difficult to directly extract spectral information of a single decomposition product.In order to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment,a detection method of SF_(6)gas decomposition products based on photoacoustic spectroscopy technology is proposed.Based on the spectral absorption characteristics of SF_(6)gas,CRDS technology is introduced to establish an optical cavity ring-down device to measure the standard spectral absorption parameters of the single decomposition product of SF_(6)gas,and it is used as a reference to identify the subsequent decomposition products of SF_(6)gas.Through signal conversion technology,the electrical signals of SF_(6)gas mixed decomposition products are collected,and the signal quality is improved by using FRFT algorithm.Combined with FastICA algorithm,the precise extraction of SF_(6)gas single source signal in practical application environment is completed.The single source signal of SF_(6)gas is converted into optical signal,which is input into the cavity ring-down device again.By comparing the spectral absorption parameters of the actual decomposition products with the reference parameters,the determination and concentration detection of SF_(6)gas decomposition products are completed.The simulation results show that the optical cavity ring-down device constructed by the proposed method has high detection accuracy,and can realize accurate judgment and concentration analysis of decomposition products,which provides strong support for the safe application and fault diagnosis of high-voltage electrical equipment.
