摘  要:构建中医舌诊的数学模型并优化其算法,提升四诊合参辅助诊疗系统内舌诊模块的性能。对K-均值聚类算法进行优化,并全面完善舌诊子模式,临床使用舌诊系统采集42例受试者的舌诊信息进行分析。42例受试者数字化舌诊信息的采集分析结果不仅与中医传统理论相符,而且与医师人工诊断的结果一致性很好,获得临床医师的认可。应用结果表明构建的中医舌诊数学模型及优化算法的性能可靠,能很好地提升四诊合参辅助诊疗仪的使用效果。Construct a mathematical model for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)tongue diagnosis and optimize its algorithms to comprehensively improve the performance of the tongue diagnosis module in the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment instrument combining four diagnosis parameters.Optimize the original K-means clustering algorithm and comprehensively improve the tongue diagnosis sub model.The tongue diagnosis system is used inclinical practice to collect tongue information from 42 subjects for analysis.The collection and analysis results of digital tongue diagnosis information from 42 subjects are consistent with TCM theories and have been recognized by clinical TCM physicians.The application results show that the constructed mathematical model and optimized algorithm of the tongue diagnosis system can effectively improve the effectiveness of the four diagnostic combined parameters auxiliary diagnosis and treatment instrument.
