摘 要:针对目前国内小型游乐转椅没有专门的限速装置,转动速度较高时易发生乘坐者跌落造成人身伤害的问题,设计一种新型液压阻尼限速装置以实现游乐转椅自动限速的功能。采用SolidWorks建立限速装置三维模型并对齿轮传动系统关键零部件进行有限元仿真,根据伯努利方程建立了液压装置流体动压力数学模型并运用Matlab/Simulink构建其仿真模型,进行限速装置运行性能仿真分析,并针对仿真结果对装置进行优化设计,仿真结果表明,优化后的装置具备设计要求的限速性能,可有效减少因意外跌落而造成的伤害事故。In response to the lack of specialized speed limiting device for amusement swivel chair in China,which leads to the problem of riders falling and causing personal injury when the rotation speed is too high,this paper proposes a new hydraulic damping speed limiting device to achieve automatic speed limiting function for amusement rides.A three-dimensional model of a speed-limiting device was created using SolidWorks and key components of the gear transmission system were analyzed using finite element simulation.Based on the Bernoulli equation,a mathematical model of fluid dynamic pressure in the hydraulic device was established and a simulation model was built using Matlab/Simulink.The performance of the speed-limiting device was simulated and analyzed,and the device was optimized based on the simulation results.The simulation results showed that the optimized device met the design requirements for speed limitation,effectively reducing injury accidents caused by accidental flls.
