摘 要:为解决电梯绳轮中传统材料重量大、磨损率高、噪声大的问题,探究新材料在电梯中应用初期的可靠性,提出一种新型MC尼龙电梯绳轮结构,并借助计算机2D数值仿真技术研究轴承在压入压出过程中对电梯绳轮各部分的影响规律,同时指出常用过盈量下的各部分应力水平和变形程度。研究结果表明:新型MC尼龙电梯绳轮在轴承压入和压出绳轮的过程中均处于可恢复的弹性变形范围内,其在初始过盈量下的应力及变形水平均处于较低水平,可保证其正常可靠地工作;可将新材料应用于电梯,为新材料在电梯中的应用提供指导。In order to solve the problems of heavyweight,high wear rate and loud noise of traditional materials in elevator rope wheels,we explore the reliability of new materials in the early stage of elevator application,propose a new MC nylon elevator rope wheel structure,and study the influence law of bearing on each part of elevator rope wheel in the process of pressing in and out by computer 2D numerical simulation technology.At the same time,the stress level and deformation degree of each part under normal interference are pointed out.The results show that the new MC nylon elevator rope wheel is in the recoverable elastic deformation range when the bearing is pressed in and out of the rope wheel.The stress and deformation level under the initial interference are at a low level,which can ensure the normal and reliable operation of the elevator rope wheel.New materials can be applied to the elevator to provide guidance for the application of new materials in the elevator.
