摘 要:在多房间混合采暖散热器热力分配过程中,需要考虑室内外温度、湿度、风速等多种因素的变化,且不同房间的面积、用途和热负荷差异较大,使得热力分配效果并不理想。为此,设计一种多房间混合采暖散热器热力分配方法。利用权重函数、sigmoid函数求解各房间散热器热力需求量,均方差求解需求量与期望值。若误差较大使用导数函数对其更正,得出热力实际需求量。并以热力分配均衡为目标,能耗最小为约束条件,通过DHP网络训练获取热力控制最佳值参数,调节水流量、温度控制阀,实现各房间散热器热力分配。实验结果表明,所提方法各房间散热器热力预测精度高,且热力分配温差小、速度快。At present,in the process of thermal distribution of mixed heating radiators in multiple rooms,it is necessary to consider various factors such as indoor and outdoor temperature,humidity,and wind speed.The areas,uses,and heat loads in dfferent rooms vary greatly,so the effect of thermal distribution is not ideal.Therefore,this article designed a method for the thermal distribution of mixed heating radiators in multiple rooms.Firstly,the weight function and sigmoid function were used to calculate the thermal demand of the radiator in each room,and then the mean square error was used to solve the demand and expected value.If the error is large,the derivative function will be used to correct it and thus obtain the actual thermal demand.Meanwhile,with heat distribution equilibrium as the objective and minimum energy consumption as the constraint condition,the optimal parameters for heat control were obtained through DHP network training.After adjusting the water flow and temperature control valves,we achieved the thermal distribution of radiators in each room.Experimental results show that the proposed method has high prediction accuracy for the thermal distribution of radiators,and the temperature difference is small.In addition,the thermal distribution is fast.
