摘 要:泾河大桥是国内首例主副拱协作Y形钢箱肋拱桥的创新实践。以泾河大桥为背景,研究了新型空间Y形薄壁钢箱肋拱桥的创新设计方法及流程,并对主副拱肋、吊杆、主梁及主副拱连接肋进行了详细创新设计,阐述了结构分析过程及荷载情况。运用有限元分析软件MIDAS/CIVIL和MIDAS/FEA对桥梁进行了静动力学及局部受力分析。结果表明:主梁最大拉压应力均出现在主梁3L/8(L为计算跨径)位置;拱肋最大拉应力出现在主副拱连接肋主拱端,最大压应力出现在单拱侧1/4拱肋位置;桥跨两端索力较大,位于跨中的吊杆索力比较均匀,与双拱肋段相比,单拱肋段的吊杆索力略小,最大索力分布在短吊杆区。由于拱肋造型呈空间Y形,结构竖向变形较为特殊,拱肋最大竖向变形产生位置并不在跨中,而是在3L/8及5L/8附近,变形趋势近似于W形。Y形薄壁钢箱肋拱桥以挠曲振动为主,具有较好的抗扭转稳定性。Jinghe Bridge is the first innovative practice of Y-shaped steel box rib arch bridge with main and auxiliary arch collaboration in China.Taking Jinghe Bridge as the background,the innovative design method and process of the new spatial Y-shaped thin-walled steel box rib arch bridge are studied,the detailed innovative design of the main and secondary arch ribs,suspension links,main beams and the main and secondary arch connecting ribs are carried out,and the structural analysis content and loading situation are elaborated.The finite element analysis software MIDAS/CIVIL and MIDAS/FEA are used to analyze the static dynamics and local forces of the bridge.The results indicate that the maximum tensile and compressive stresses of the main beam occur at 3L/8(L is the span)of the main beam,the maximum tensile stresses of the arch ribs occur at the main arch end of the main and sub arch joint ribs,and the maximum compressive stresses occur at 1/4 arch rib on the single arch side.The cable forces at both ends of the bridge span are relatively larger,and the cable forces of the suspension links located in the middle of the span are more uniform.Compared with the double-arch rib section,the cable force of the suspender in the single-arch rib section is slightly smaller,and the maximum cable force is distributed in the short suspender area.As the arch rib is Y-shaped in space,the vertical deformation of the structure is relatively special,and the maximum vertical deformation of the arch rib is not in the middle of the span,but in the vicinity of 3L/8 and 5L/8,and the deformation trend is similar to the W shape.The Y-shaped thin-walled steel box-rib arch bridge is dominated by flexural vibration and has good anti-torsional stability.
