摘  要:隧道建设需要大量施工机械来推进工程进度,并确保施工质量与安全达到预定要求。由于隧道施工过程复杂、环境多变,施工机械的调度与组织管理面临诸多问题,如调配计划与施工方案脱节、设备状态性能掌握不清、维护保养不及时等。针对这些问题,文章构建了一种基于信息模型的隧道项目建设施工机械组织管理系统。该系统能够实现机械设备状态信息的快速传递与大范围共享,并可端到端传递施工机械调配与管理命令。在工程实例中推广应用该机械设备组织管理信息模型,并结合竣工验收结论进一步验证了其实用性和先进性。Tunnel construction needs to invest a large amount of construction machinery to promote the progress of the project and ensure the construction quality and safety within the predetermined requirements.However,due to the complexity of the construction process and the changing environment,there are problems such as the disconnection between the deployment plan and the construction plan,the lack of clear understanding of the state performance of the equipment,and the lack of timely maintenance in the scheduling and organization of the construction machinery in the management of tunnel construction.To this end,this paper constructs a construction machinery organization and management system based on the information model applicable to the construction of tunnel projects,using which the system can realize the rapid transmission of machinery and equipment status information and large-scale sharing,and at the same time,it can transmit the construction machinery deployment and management commands from end to end.The system can be used to achieve rapid transmission and wide-scale sharing of mechanical equipment status information and end-to-end transmission of construction machinery deployment and management commands.The system is used to promote the application of the mechanical equipment organization and management information model in the project examples,which further verifies its practicability and advancement in conjunction with the conclusions of the completion inspection.
