摘　　要：在党的二十大提出的“创新驱动发展”战略指引下,建筑行业正迈向智能化发展的新阶段。在这一背景下,工程管理专业学生作为未来建筑行业的中坚力量,对其创新能力的培养尤为重要。通过分析智能建造对工程管理领域带来的深刻变革,以及工程管理专业学生创新能力培养现状,探索智能建造对工程管理人才创新能力的新要求,并进一步聚焦学生创新能力提升的具体对策,完善工程管理专业学生创新能力培养模式,为建筑领域输送更多具备创新思维与实践能力的复合型工程管理人才。Under the guidance of the strategy of"innovation-driven development"strategy put forward in the 20th CPC National Congress,the construction industry is moving towards a new stage of intelligent development.Under this background,engineering management students,as the backbone of the future construction industry,the cultivation of their innovative ability is particularly important.By analyzing the profound changes brought by intelligent construction in the field of engineering management and the present situation of cultivating innovative ability of engineering management students,this paper explores the new requirements of intelligent construction for innovative ability of engineering management talents,and further focuses on the specific countermeasures to improve students' innovative ability. It improves the innovative ability training mode of engineering management students, and provides more compound engineering management talents with innovative thinking and practical ability for the construction field.
