摘  要:随着电力系统对火电机组一次调频性能要求的提高,传统的调频方式已无法满足现代电网的需求。通过对现有一次调频技术的分析,提出了采用发电机转速进行一次调频的新方法。详细介绍了微机型智能测量装置的特点及其在功率计算、负序电流计算、电压互感器(Potential Transformer,PT)断线判据、电流互感器(Current Transformer,CT)断线判据、测量CT与保护CT差流越限、逆功率越限等方面的原理设计。通过实际测试,验证了智能变送装置的高性能,并展示了其在一次调频采样中的高精度频率测试结果,以期为提高电网频率稳定性和发电机组的运行效率提供技术支持。With the increasing demands on the primary frequency regulation performance of thermal power units in the power system,traditional frequency regulation methods can no longer meet the needs of modern power grids.A new method of primary frequency regulation using generator is propsed,through the analysis of existing primary frequency regulation technologies.This article provides a detailed introduction to the characteristics of the microcomputer-based intelligent measurement devices,along with their principle design in aspects such as power calculation,negative sequence current calculation,Potential Transformer(PT)line break criteria,Current Transformer(CT)line break criteria,measurement CT and protection CT differential current limit violation,and reverse power limit violation.The high performance of the intelligent transmitter device has been verified through actual testing,and its high-precision frequency test results in primary frequency regulation sampling have been demonstrated,hoping to provide technical support for improving the stability of the power grid frequency and the operational efficiency of the generator units.
