摘 要:机组大修期间设备检修后启动阶段,二回路的重要节点便是凝汽器抽真空,二回路真空能否达到预期值是检验设备检修质量、运行在线正确性的重要指标。影响凝汽器真空的系统复杂、设备众多,当发生真空无法建立时,需要消耗大量的人力和时间进行排查处理。通过整理分析机组在线文件,发现存在影响真空的步骤,通过优化相关操作步骤,使系统满足原在线目的的情况下,消除对凝汽器真空的影响,减少干扰因素,降低人员查漏的工作量。During the start-up stage after overhaul,the important node of the second circuit is the vacuum extraction of the condenser.Whether the vacuum of the second circuit can reach the expected value is an important index to check the quality of the equipment overhaul and the correctness of the online operation.The system that affects the vacuum of the condenser is complex and has numerous devices.When the vacuum can not be set up,it needs a lot of manpower and time to check and deal with it.In this paper,by analyzing the online files of the unit,it is found that there are steps that affect the vacuum.By optimizing the relevant operating steps,the system can eliminate the impact on the condenser vacuum,reduce interference factors,lower the workload of personnel leak detection while meeting the original online purpose.
