摘  要:随着科学技术的不断发展,当前,煤矿井下作业已广泛使用各种类型的机电设备,使整体开采效率得以提升,但同时也会因此增加安全问题。因为煤矿井下工作环境恶劣,所以,设备操作过程中可能会出现磨损等问题,或生产环境的有害气体会腐蚀机电设备;此外,机电设备长期高负荷工作也会频繁发生各种故障,对整体作业效果造成影响,由此突出机电设备维护和维修工作的重要性。通过开展维护和维修工作,可以保障设备运行的稳定性、降低生产成本、保障煤矿企业的综合效益。研究煤矿井下机电设备的维护和维修工作,优化煤矿井下机电设备的使用功能,以为实际工作提供参考。With the continuous development of science and technology,various types of mechanical and electrical equipment are being used in coal mine operations,which have improved overall mining efficiency.However,at the same time,it can also increase safety issues.Because of the harsh working environment underground in coal mines,equipment may experience wear and tear during operation,or harmful gases in the production environment can corrode mechanical and electrical equipment;In addition,long-term high load operation of mechanical and electrical equipment can also frequently cause various failures,affecting the overall operation efficiency.Therefore,the importance of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and repair work is highlighted.By carrying out maintenance and repair work,the stability of equipment operation can be ensured,cost can be saved,and the comprehensive benefits of coal mining enterprises can be guaranteed.This article analyzes the maintenance and repair work of underground mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines,and optimizes the functional use of underground mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines,so as to provide reference for practical work.
