摘 要:虽然近些年我国电池行业的发展速度越来越快,但是,散热管理方面的问题也日益凸显。为了有效应对这一挑战,液冷技术凭借良好的热传导性能、均匀的散热效果、相对较低的能耗水平成为电池热管理领域的关键技术之一。重点阐述了不同的液冷散热技术类型,并对不同类型的散热技术进行对比,最后深入研究了液冷散热技术在解决电池散热难题方面的最新进展,旨在为电池热管理领域的研究与实践提供有价值的参考与启示。Although the development speed of China's battery industry has been increasing in recent years,problems in heat dissipation management have also become increasingly prominent.In order to effectively address this challenge,liquid cooling technology,with its excellent thermal conductivity,uniform heat dissipation effect,and relatively low energy consumption level,has become one of the key technologies in the field of battery thermal management.Therefore,different types of liquid cooling heat dissipation technologies were emphasized and compared.Finally,the latest progress of liquid cooling heat dissipation technology in solving battery heat dissipation problems is deeply studied,aiming to provide valuable references and inspirations for research and practice in the field of battery thermal management.
