摘　　要：光合仪是一种被广泛应用于生物学、农学、林学、生态学、环境科学等领域的精密仪器,可以系统地测定植物组织的光合作用、蒸腾作用、呼吸作用等H_(2)O和CO_(2)气体交换指标与环境参数。由于光合仪的测定结果影响因素较多,故障率高,因此,光合仪需要精心维护和定期检修,才能有效减少测定结果错误、仪器损坏等现象的发生。根据长期使用和维护光合仪的经验,系统地总结了光合仪在日常使用过程中的操作细节和注意事项,为光合仪的管理维护和规范化使用提供参考。The photosynthetic instrument(PI)is a precision instrument widely used in the fields of biology,agriculture,forestry,ecology and environmental science,which can systematically determine the photosynthesis,transpiration,respiration of plant tissues and other H_(2)O/CO_(2) gas exchange indexes and environmental parameters.Due to the fact that there are many factors affecting the determination results of PI,and the determination failure rate is high.Therefore,careful maintenance and regular overhaul are needed to reduce the occurrence of determination result errors and instrument damage.Based on long-term experience in using and maintaining PI,the operation details and precautions in the daily use of PI were systematically summarized,which could provide reference for the management,maintenance and normalized use of PI.
