摘 要:研究分析了基于不同循环工质的高温热泵性能,构建了中间补气高温热泵循环的热力学模型,根据高温热泵循环工质的筛选原则,初步选出了当前和未来潜在的5种高温纯工质,基于COP、VHC、压缩比、排气温度等多个指标对高温热泵的性能进行对比分析和灰色关联综合评价,研究结果表明工质R1234Ze(Z)是所选的5种工质中综合性能最佳。虽然其COP为3.63,不是其中最高的,但是相比于其他工质,其VHC、压缩比、制热量等性能具有明显优势,同时其ODP值为0和GWP小于1,是最具有应用潜力的工质。The performance of high temperature heat pump based on different working mediums is analysed.The thermodynamic model of high temperature heat pump cycle is firstly constructed.Then according to the screening principle of high temperature heat pump working medium,the potential five kinds of high temperature pure working medium are preliminary selected.Based on five indexes of COP,VHC,compression ratio,discharge temperature,the performance of high temperature heat pump based on different working mediums is comparative analysed and comprehensively evaluated with grey relation analysis method.The results show that the working medium R1234Ze(Z) is the best of the five comprehensive performance.Although its COP is 3.63,which is not the highest,compared with other working materials,its VHC,compression ratio,heat production and other properties have obvious advantages.At the same time,its ODP value is 0 and GWP is less than 1,which is the most potential application medium.
