摘 要:针对氯化聚乙烯电缆护套料低温性能评价方法的局限性,提出一种基于主成分分析的多尺度联用快速评价体系。通过整合脆性温度(T_(b))、低温回缩温度(T_(R))、动态热机械分析玻璃化转变温度(T_(gDMA))及低温拉伸断裂伸长率(E_(b))等数据,发现在T_(b)、T_(gDMA)及Eb的组合中,第1主成分(PC1)的贡献率为61.32%,PC1得分与低温扭转试验结果负相关(r=-0.83);在T_(b)、回缩率为10%时的低温回缩温度(T_(R10))及Eb的组合中,PC1的贡献率为48.65%,PC1得分与低温扭转试验结果正相关(r=0.63)。结果表明,该评价体系将测试周期缩短50%以上,数据解释能力提升30%。尽管样本量较小(n=11),结论还需通过更大规模数据的验证,但提出了一种基于主成分分析的多尺度联用低温性能评价框架,为材料的快速筛选或配方与工艺的优化提供了新方法。To address limitations of existing evaluation methods for the low-temperature performance of chlorinated polyethylene cable sheathing materials,a rapid multi-scale evaluation system based on principal component analysis(PCA)was proposed.By integrating data from brittleness temperature(T_(b)),temperature retraction(T_(R)),glass transition temperature by dynamic mechanical analysis(T_(gDMA)),and elongation at break in low temperature(E_(b)),the following findings were obtained.In the combination of Tb,T_(gDMA)and Eb,contribution rate of PC1 could reach 61.32%,with PC1 scores exhibiting a negative correlation with low-temperature torsion test results(r=−0.83).While,in the combination of Tb,temperature retraction at 10%(TR10)and Eb,contribution rate of PC1 was 48.65%,and PC1 scores showed a positive correlation with low-temperature torsion test results(r=0.63);Results showed that the model could reduce testing time by over 50%and improve data interpretability by 30%.Although the limited sample size(n=11)necessitated validation with larger datasets,the proposed multi-scale evaluation framework for low-temperature performance based on PCA could provide an innovative methodological reference for rapid material screening or optimization of formulations and processing techniques.
