摘  要:针对两起66 kV插拔式电缆终端绝缘缺陷的问题,综合交流耐压试验、局部放电检测、电缆终端解体、玻璃化转变温度测试和X射线成像检测等检测结果进行分析。结果表明,A相电缆终端的应力锥安装不当,导致应力锥与环氧套筒之间存在间隙,且其在交流耐压试验中出现放电故障;C相电缆终端的环氧套筒含有杂质,导致电场畸变,造成局部放电异常缺陷。此外,文中提出了相关解决措施,重新制作并安装电缆终端可以成功消除缺陷;同步开展交流耐压试验与局部放电测量,采用多种局部放电测量方法的联合检测方法能够有效提高电缆终端缺陷诊断的准确性,对保障电缆线路安全运行具有重要意义。In view of two insulation defects in 66 kV plug-in cable terminals,test results of AC withstand voltage test,partial discharge detection,cable terminal disassembly,glass transition temperature test and X-ray imaging detection were analyzed comprehensively.Results showed that improper installation of stress cone at A-phase cable terminal led to the gap between stress cone and epoxy sleeve,as well as discharge fault in AC withstand voltage test.Impurities in epoxy sleeve of C-phase cable terminal caused distortion of the electric field and abnormal partial discharge.In addition,some relevant solutions were proposed,defects could successfully eliminated by remaking and installing cable terminals.Carrying out AC withstand voltage test with partial discharge measurement and simultaneously using joint detection method combining a variety of partial discharge measurement methods could effectively improve the accuracy of cable terminal defect diagnosis,which could be of great significance for ensuring safe operation of the cable line.
