摘  要:为了分析水泥稳定碎石抗冲刷性能及其影响因素,采用冲刷试验,研究了集料级配、水泥剂量、压实度和冲刷时间对水泥稳定碎石抗冲刷性能的影响规律,并研究了冲刷质量损失与抗压强度的关系。结果表明:采用粗级配材料形成的骨架结构更为紧密,抗冲刷性能明显优于细级配;较高的水泥剂量能增强材料的黏结力和结构稳定性,降低质量损失率;压实度的提高显著增强了材料的密实度和抗冲刷能力;水泥稳定碎石质量损失随冲刷时间增长先迅速增长后趋于稳定。水泥稳定碎石30 min冲刷质量损失和28 d抗压强度呈负指数关系。In order to analyze the anti-scouring performance of cement stabilized macadam and its influencing factors,the influence of aggregate gradation,cement dosage,compaction degree and scouring time on the anti-scouring performance of cement stabilized macadam was studied by scouring test,and the relationship between scouring mass loss and compressive strength was studied.The results show that the skeleton structure formed by coarse grading materials is more compact,and the anti-scouring performance is obviously better than that of fine grading materials.The higher cement dosage can enhance the bonding strength and structural stability of the material,and reduce the mass loss rate.The increase of compaction degree significantly enhances the compactness and scouring resistance of the material.The mass loss of cement stabilized gravel increases rapidly and then tends to be stable with the increase of scouring time.There is a negative exponential relationship between 30 min scouring mass loss and 28 d compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam.
