摘  要:以山西省隰吉高速柏坡底1号大桥工程为例,分别从施工准备、支架施工、混凝土浇筑、预应力施工、挂篮悬臂施工、边跨现浇段施工等方面出发,探究大跨径连续桥梁的施工技术要点。研究表明施工准备阶段应做好技术交底、材料质控以及放线定位等关键要点;严格按照设计施工方案搭设支架;规范混凝土浇筑施工过程;按照桥梁结构和负载要求开展预应力智能张拉施工;科学运用菱形挂篮施工技术;协调悬臂浇筑与边跨现浇,完成合龙作业。经质量检验,该桥梁施工符合技术标准。Taking the Xiji Expressway Baipodi No.1 bridge project in Shanxi Province as a case study,respectively from the aspects of construction preparation,support construction,concrete pouring,prestressed construction,hanging basket cantilever construction,side span cast-in-place section construction,etc.,to explore the key points of construction technology of large span continuous bridge.The research shows that the key points such as technical disclosure,material quality control and pay-off positioning should be done well in the construction preparation stage.Erection of support in strict accordance with the design and construction scheme;Standardize the construction process of concrete pouring;According to the bridge structure and load requirements to carry out prestressed intelligent tension construction;Scientific use of diamond hanging basket construction technology;Coordinate cantilever casting and side span cast-in-place to complete the closing operation.The quality inspection shows that the bridge construction conforms to the technical standard.
