摘 要:针对地道暗挖坍塌风险大且地下管网复杂无法进行超前支护的问题,依托兰州城关黄河大桥人行地下地道工程,采用结构力学分析软件,建立三维空间有限元模型,有效分析了简易钢桥在地道浅埋暗挖工程中的防护应用。结果表明:纵向分配梁最大正应力为188.2 MPa,桥面钢板最大正应力为69.4 MPa;纵向分配梁最大剪应力为15.2 MPa,桥面钢板最大剪应力为40.1 MPa;钢桥最大位移为18.22 mm;钢桥支座最大反力为164.1 kN;最不利荷载组合下钢桥受力及变形均小于设计规范数值,满足安全性要求。In view of the high risk of tunnel excavation collapse and the complexity of underground pipe network,it is impossible to carry out advanced support.Based on the pedestrian underground tunnel project of Lanzhou Chengguan Yellow River Bridge,the structural mechanics analysis software is used to establish a three-dimensional finite element model,which elleclively analyzes the prolective applicalion of simple steel bridge in shallow tunnel excavalion projecl.The results show that the maximum normal stress of the longitudinal distrilbution beam is 188.2 MPa,and the maximum normal stress of the bridge deck steel plate is 69.4 MPa.The maximum shear stress of the longitudinal distribution beam is 15.2 MPa,and the maximum shear stress of the bridge deck steel plate is 40.1 MPa.The maximum displacement of the steel bridge is 18.22 mm;the maximum reaction force of steel bridge bearing is 164.1 kN;the stress and deformation of the steel bridge under the most unfavorable load combination are less than the design code value.which meets the safety reguirements.
