摘  要:为了保证大跨径预应力桥梁的安全,应及时分析桥梁结构病害,并采取合理的处理方案。以G206公路的大跨度预应力箱梁桥为例,将桥梁的病害分为上部结构病害、下部结构病害、支座病害、桥面系病害四类,分析了梁体开裂、钢筋锈蚀、墩台变位、桩基础变位、铺装层破损、支座损伤等病害的特点和成因,研究成果发现:横向裂缝在大跨度预应力箱梁桥上部结构开裂中的占比最高,且裂缝宽度与钢筋锈蚀程度密切相关;下部结构的偏位主要与河流冲刷、车船撞击、设计或施工不合理等因素相关,而支座病害、桥面系病害受车辆荷载影响较大。利用专家咨询法对粘贴钢板法、粘贴碳高强复合纤维法、体外预应力法进行综合比选,其中体外预应力法的综合评分最高,建议作为推荐方案。In order to ensure the safety of large span prestressed bridges,it is necessary to analyze the defects of bridge structures in time and adopt reasonable treatment schemes.Taking the large span prestressed box girder bridge of G206 highway as an example,the diseases of the bridge are divided into four types:superstructure diseases,substructure diseases,bearing diseases and deck system diseases,the characteristics and causes of beam cracking,steel bar corrosion,pier and abutment displacement,pile foundation change,pavement damage and bearing damage are analyzed,the results show that the transverse crack accounts for the highest proportion of the crack in the superstructure of the large span prestressed box girder bridge,and the crack width is closely related to the degree of reinforcement corrosion The displacement of substructure is mainly related to river erosion,collisions involving cars or ships,unreasonable design or construction,and the diseases of bearing and bridge deck system are greatly affected by vehicle load.Then,the method of sticking steel plate,the method of sticking carbon high-strength composite fiber and the method of external prestressing were compared by the method of expert consultation.
