摘 要:为分析跨运河钢桁架梁桥设计关键参数的合理取值范围和受力特点,以沱浍河航道整治工程临涣里桥为依托,通过有限元分析和理论研究相结合的方法,对跨运河钢桁架梁桥的受力性能进行了分析,并对关键设计参数进行了参数化分析。研究表明,钢桁架梁桥的刚度对梁高参数最敏感,主梁高度取为计算跨径的0.10~0.11较为合理,刚度对杆件截面高度参数不敏感,杆件截面高度不作为刚度的控制参数。杆件最大应力和梁高的变化规律基本成线性变化,梁高与跨径比值在0.10~0.11范围内,结构的最大应力可通过截面高度进行调整。临涣里桥主桁架采用双腹杆体系三角桁,节间长度为9.8 m,梁高11.5 m,高跨比为1/9.57,截面高度上弦杆取为1 m,下弦杆取为1.5 m较为合理。In order to study the reasonable range of key parameters and stress characteristics of the design of the steel truss bridge across the canal,based on the Linhuanli Bridge of the Tuohui River channel regulation project,the stress performance of the steel truss bridge crossed the channel was analyzed through a combination of finite element analysis and theoretical research,and the key design parameters were parameterized.Research has shown that the stiffness of steel truss beam bridges is most sensitive to the beam height parameter,and it is reasonable to set the main beam height as 0.10~0.11 of the calculated span.The stiffness is not sensitive to the member section height parameter,and the member section height is not used as a control parameter for stiffness.The maximum stress of the members and the variation law of the beam height basically follow a linear pattern.The ratio of beam height to span is within the range of 0.10~0.11,and the maximum stress of the structure can be adjusted by the section height.The main truss of Linhuanli Bridge adopts a double web member system triangular truss,with a section length of 9.8 m,a beam height of 11.5 m,a height to span ratio of 1/9.57,and a section height of 1 m for the upper chord and 1.5 m for the lower chord,which is more reasonable.
