摘  要:针对大跨径桥梁悬臂挂篮桥梁施工技术进行研究,以山西省浮临高速洰河桥梁大跨径桥梁工程为例,研究了工程项目施工中各项关键工艺的施工要点,并提出了规范挂篮安装施工、做好挂篮预压操作、科学开展挂篮行走施工、合理进行混凝土浇筑处理工艺、强化预应力施工、控制合龙段施工及挂篮拆除等作业,形成完善的大跨径桥梁悬臂挂篮桥梁施工技术体系,在规定建设工期两年半内顺利完成全幅合龙,为高质量、高标准完成施工任务提供坚强保障。Focusing on construction technology of large span bridges,using Shanxi Province Fulin Expressway Juhe Bridge project,the construction points of various key processes within this project are studied.And put forward the standard hanging basket installation construction,do a good job of hanging basket preloading operation,scientific construction of hanging basket walking,reasonable concrete pouring treatment technology,strengthen prestress construction,control closure section construction and hanging basket demolition and other operations,to form a perfect construction technology system of large span bridge cantilever hanging basket bridge,and successfully complete the full width of the construction period within two and a half years.
