摘 要:高速公路隧道是交通运输系统的重要组成部分,由于地质情况与水文条件、自然因素、施工工艺及运营管养中各种因素的影响,相当一部分隧道在运营过程中都出现了不同程度的病害。以四川广元绕城高速公路一座隧道病害处治工程为依托,采用外观检测、地质雷达探测、钻孔取芯等手段,对隧道病害部位进行了系统勘探,通过对隧道外观、衬砌厚度及空洞、衬砌断面尺寸、衬砌强度、路面仰拱钻芯、路面线形、路面及回填层脱空等七项检测指标数据准确分析了隧道病害成因,并提出轻轨套衬或钢板带的衬砌加固思路以及隧底群桩+重建复合路面的处治措施。Expressway tunnel is an important part of the transportation system.Due to the influence of geological conditions,hydrological conditions,natural factors,construction technology and operation and maintenance factors,quite a few tunnels have different degrees of diseases in the operation process.Based on a highway tunnel disease treatment project in Guangyuan City,Sichuan Province,the tunnel disease site was systematically explored by means of appearance detection,geological radar detection,drilling and core extraction.Through analyzing the tunnel appearance,lining thickness and cavity,lining section size,lining strength,road invert core drilling,road alignment,road surface and backfill layer empty.the causes of tunnel diseases are analyzed accurately,and the lining reinforcement ideas of light rail lining or steel plate belt and the treatment measures of tunnel bottom pile group+reconstruction composite road surface are proposed.
