摘　　要：采用5.6tex Sorona^(R)聚酯复合弹性纤维与11.8tex棉纱交织,在直径为863.6mm(34")、机号为28针/25.4mm的单面大圆机上开发棉盖Sorona^(R)弹力T恤衫面料。并以14.8tex棉纱盖4.4tex氨纶T恤衫面料作为对比样,分别测试面料的弹性、褶皱回复性、耐疲劳性、水洗尺寸稳定性、吸湿排汗和干爽透气性,以及面料身骨特性。结果表明,作为新型弹力T恤衫面料,棉盖Sorona^(R)弹力T恤衫面料具有持久的弹力保形、吸湿排汗、干爽透气、柔软而有身骨的特点,在运动和休闲领域得到广泛应用和认可。The cotton plaited Sorona^(R) elastic single jersey fabric was knitted by 5.6 tex Sorona^(R) bi-component stretchy fiber and 11.8 tex cotton through interkntting on circular knitting machine of 34-inch diameter and 28-gauge,which was compared to the control sample made with 14.8 tex cotton plaited 4.4 tex spandex.The elasticity,wrinkle recovery,fatigue resistance,dimensional stability after multi-washes,moisture absorption and quick drying,air permeability and flexibility of the two fabrics were tested.The results show that as a new type of stretch T-shirt fabric,the cotton plaited Sorona elastic single jersey fabric has the characteristics of long-lasting elasticity and shape retention,moisture management,air permeability,softness with good flexibility.It has been widely used and recognized in the applications of sports and leisure.
