摘 要:具有自调温功能的纺织品引起了人们的广泛关注,将相变材料与纺织材料结合是赋予纺织品自调温功能的重要方法。选取正十八烷相变材料作为芯材,采用Pickering乳液聚合的方式,通过聚丙烯酸接枝改性具有辐射冷却性能的纳米粒子ZnO@ZIF-8@SiO_(2)(MZZS)来充当稳定剂,制备了MZZS-PMMA相变微胶囊,并将其应用于织物整理。结果表明,当芯壁比为4:4时,制备的相变微胶囊具有规则的球形结构,粒径分布窄,在200~400nm的范围内,其熔融烩和结晶恰分别为118.78J/g和114.54J/g,包覆率达50.34%,涂层织物具有优良的辐射冷却、调温性能及循环稳定性。Textiles with self-regulating temperature function have attracted wide attention,and combining phase change materials with textile materials is an important method to give textiles self-regulating temperature function.MZZS-PMMA phase change microcapsules were prepared through Pickering emulsion polymerization with n-octadecane(C18)as core,and ZnO@ZIF-8@SiO_(2) grafted with polyacrylic acid(MZZS)nanoparticles possessing radiation cooling performance as stabilizers.Then they were coated on the fabric.The results indicate that when the core-shell ratio is 4:4,the prepared phase change microcapsule has a regular spherical structure and a narrow particle size distribution in the range of 200-400 nm,the melting enthalpy and crystallization enthalpy are 118.78 J/g and 114.54 J/g,respectively,and the encapsulation efficiency is 50.34%.The coated fabric has excellent radiation cooling and temperature regulation performance,and cycling stability as well.
