摘  要:以二苯甲酮四羧酸二酐为母体,N,N-二甲基-1,3-丙二胺及不同碳链长度(n=4,8,12)的溴代烷为原料,成功合成含双季铵盐基团的新型水溶性二苯甲酮四羧酸衍生物BP-C4、BP-C8、BP-C12,这类BP-Cn(n=4,8,12)化合物具有光活性抗菌与紫外线吸收特性。研究发现,BP-C4在紫外光照射下具有优异的活性氧产生能力。以BP-C4对羊毛织物进行整理为例,当整理液浓度为30g/L时,织物经紫外线照射30min后,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率分别为98.85%和99.29%光动力抗菌性能良好,呈现出双季铵盐与二苯甲酮的协同抗菌效应;同时,整理织物的UPF值达到139.98,紫外线防护性能显著提升,实现了羊毛织物光动力抗菌和紫外线防护的多功能化。The new water-soluble benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid derivatives BP-C4,BP-C8 and BP-C12 containing double quaternary ammonium salt groups were synthesized,based on benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride,using N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propylenediamine and bromo-alkanes with different carbon chain lengths(n=4,8,12)as raw materials.These BP-Cn(n=4,8,12)compounds have both photoactive antibacterial and UV absorption properties.It was found that BP-C4 had excellent ability of producing reactive oxygen species under ul-traviolet irradiation.When BP-C4 was used to finish wool fabrics,the reduction of bacteria of the finished fabric with 30 g/L against E.coli and S.aureus reached 98.85%and 99.29%after 30 minutes irradiation by ultraviolet light.The photodynamic antibacterial property was good,showing the synergistic antibacterial effect of double quaternary ammonium salt and benzophenone.The UPF value reached 139.98,with the good UV protection performance.The multi-functions of photodynamic antibacterial and UV protection of the finished wool fabric were realized.
