巯基改性脱脂棉制备及对染料吸附性能研究

摘  要:以化学开环法制备的疏基化改性脱脂棉为吸附材料,并通过红外和Ellman法表征其化学结构。以酸性红B为模型污染物,吸附去除率及单位吸附量作为疏基改性脱脂棉吸附性能的评价指标,探究吸附剂用量、pH值、温度、染料初始浓度和吸附时间等因素对吸附性能的影响,以确定最佳的吸附条件。结果表明:对于20mg/L的酸性红B溶液,在吸附温度为35℃,pH值为1,吸附剂用量为400mg/L时,琉基改性脱脂棉对酸性红B的去除率可达到90.00%以上;随酸性红B初始浓度的增加,去除率随之下降,当酸性红B浓度为50mg/L时,去除率仍超过70.00%;通过与未修饰的脱脂棉对比及温度对吸附性能的影响,可以确定疏基化改性是高吸附性能的主要原因;吸附后经过氢氧化钠溶液洗脱后的疏基化脱脂棉在经过4次吸附-解吸循环后对20mg/L酸性红B溶液的去除率仍可达到75.00%以上。Sulfhydryl-modified degreasing cotton(TDC)adsorbent was prepared through ring-open modification method.The chemical constitution of the TDC was characterized by FT-IR and Ellman method.In this study,the acid red B was used as the model pollutant,and the adsorption removal rate and quantity were used as the indicators.To evaluate the adsorption performance of TDC adsorbent for acid red B dye wastewater,the best adsorption conditions were acquired by investigating the effects of the adsorbent dosage,pH value,temperature,adsorption time and the initial concentration of the dye.The results can be drawn that:for 20 mg/L of acid red B solution,the removal rate of acid red B by TDC could reach more than 90.00%when the adsorption temperature is 35℃,thepH valueis1and adsorbent dosageis400mg/L.Withtheinitial concentration of acidic red B,the removal rate of sulfhydryl-modified skim cotton decreases,and the 50 mg/L concentration of acidic red B still exceeds 70.00%.It can be determined that sulfhydryl-modification is the primary reason for the high adsorption performance by comparing the adsorption performance of unmodified degreasing cotton vs TDC,and the effect of temperature on the removal rate.Furthermore,its removal rate against 20 mg/L of acid red B solution was still more than 75.00%after four adsorption/desorption cycles.
