摘  要:选用金属有机骨架(MOFS)材料UiO-66负载于经羧基化改性的棉织物作为吸附剂,以去除有色废水中的活性染料,研究吸附时间、染液初始浓度、温度、pH值对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,所制备的UiO-66改性棉织物对活性蓝49(RB49)具有较好的吸附效果;吸附动力学和热力学研究表明,其吸附符合准二级动力学模型以及Langmuir等温吸附模型,说明吸附过程是单分子层化学吸附,且吸附过程为吸热反应。热力学数据显示,随着温度的升高,吸附反应由非自发转为自发进行。The metal organic framework(MOF)material UiO-66 was selected to be loaded on modified cotton fabrics by carboxylation as adsorbents for removing reactive dyes.The effects of adsorption time,initial concentration of dye liquor,temperature,and pH value on the adsorption effect were studied.The results show that the Uio-66 modified cotton fabric has good adsorption capacity and removal rate for reactive blue 49(RB 49).Studies on adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics show that the adsorption accords with the pseudo-second-order kinetics and Langmuir isotherm adsorption model,which indicates that the adsorption process is a single molecule layer chemical adsorption and the adsorption process is endothermic reaction.Thermodynamic data shows that with the increase of temperature,the adsorption reaction changes from non-spontaneous to spontaneous.
