压胶裤腰去松紧带化研究

摘　　要：松紧带是现代针织运动服装常用辅料,也是针织运动裤裤腰常用内衬条。为减少企业备货周期和生产成本,以使用针织面料替代松紧带为方向进行研究。文章从20种针织面料中筛选出一款合适的针织面料作为松紧带的替代品,与两种常见的松紧带一起,用4种不同风格的面料,使用热压贴合工艺共制成12个压胶裤腰样品,并对其剥离强力、耐水洗性能进行测试评价。结果表明:使用选定的针织面料替代松紧带制成压胶裤腰,样品的剥离强力最好,耐水洗检测质量合格,能够替代松紧带投入生产使用。Elastic band is a commonly used auxiliary material for modern knitted sports clothing and a commonly used lining strip for the production of knitted sports pants waist.In order to improve the lightness and softness of the pressed rubber waist of knitted sports pants,the knitted fabrics are attempted to remove elastic bands.This article selects a suitable fabric from 20 types of knitted fabrics as an auxiliary material and uses four different styles of fabrics to produce 12 pants waist samples using hot pressing and ftting technology.Then,it evaluates quality through peeling strength and stretching rate before and after water washing test.The results show that the waist sample made of selected kntted fabric has the best peel strength,qualified water washing resistance,which can replace the elastic band and be put into production.
