摘　　要：为探讨乳腺癌患者术后义乳文胸舒适性的影响因素,文章对144名国内乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查,使用SPSS软件对调查数据进行分析,研究患者个人特征、手术相关情况、义乳使用情况以及义乳文胸使用和购买情况等对义乳文胸使用现状及舒适性的影响。研究表明:下围部位是义乳文胸中最不舒适的部位,罩杯、肩部和接缝也存在不舒适现象;乳腺癌患者的年龄、学历、手术并发症、对自我形象的重视程度以及购买义乳文胸的渠道,影响义乳文胸下围、钢圈和心位舒适性。针对这些影响因素优化义乳文胸设计可以提高义乳文胸舒适性,提高乳腺癌患者术后生活质量。In order to explore the factors to mastectomy bra comfort for breast cancer survivors,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 144 domestic breast cancer patients.SPSS software was used to analyze the influence of patients'personal characteristics,surgical-related conditions,the usage of breast prosthesis,as well as the usage and purchase of mastectomy bras on the use status and comfort of mastectomy bra.The results show that the band of mastectomy bra is the most uncomfortable part.The discomfort was also reported in bra cup,straps and seams.Postoperative breast cancer patients'age,educational background,complication of operation,focus on self-image and channels to buy mastectomy bra significantly affect mastectomy bra discomfort.According to these factors to mastectomy bra discomfort,the design of mastectomy bra can be optimized to improve mastectomy bra comfort,ultimately improving the quality of life for breast cancer patients after surgery.
