摘 要:四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))纳米粒子分散到聚合物基体中制备形状记忆复合材料时,往往会受限于纳米粒子的团聚,造成力学性能下降和加热速率降低。文中设计利用甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)改性杜仲胶(EUG)/Fe_(3)O_(4)复合材料,制得EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA磁、热双响应形状记忆复合材料。探究了ZDMA含量对EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA复合材料的力学性能、升温速率、磁响应形状回复率及Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子分散状态的影响。结果表明,随着ZDMA含量的增加,Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子的团聚现象得到了明显改善;ZDMA具有补强作用,EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA复合材料的拉伸强度从16.7 MPa增加到23.5MPa,提高了40.7%;动态力学热分析表明,EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA复合材料在3次循环下的形状固定率和形状回复率均在97%以上;随着ZDMA含量的增加,EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA复合材料在交变磁场中升温速率提高,可实现快速非接触式加热,最短在27 s即可实现形状回复。In the preparation of shape memory composites,the dispersion of ferric oxide Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles within the polymer matrix is crucial.However,the agglomeration of nanoparticles can often occur,leading to a decrease in mechanical properties and heating rate.This paper focused on modifying Eucommia ulmoides gum(EUG)/Fe_(3)O_(4)composites with zinc methacrylate(ZDMA)to create EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA magnetic and thermal dual response shape memory composites.The effects of varying ZDMA content on the mechanical properties,heating rate,magnetic response shape recovery rate and dispersion state of Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles of EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA composites were investigated.The results indicate that the agglomeration of Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles significantly improves with increasing ZDMA content.The tensile strength of the EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA composite is increased from 16.7 MPa to 23.5 MPa,with a notable 40.7%increase observed in the EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA composite.DMA testing demonstrates that the shape fixation rate and shape recovery rate of EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA composites are above 97%over three cycles.As the increase of ZDMA content,the heating rate of EUG/Fe_(3)O_(4)/ZDMA composite material in the alternating magnetic field increases,allowing for fast non-contact heating,and achieving shape recovery in as little as 27 s.
