摘 要:随着生物医学工程和医疗器械的发展,医用材料与血液接触时的相容性问题引起了越来越多的关注。为了减少因血栓形成导致的不良反应,研究人员致力于开发能够防止血液黏附和凝固的抗凝血涂层。文中介绍了近年来关于抗凝血涂层的研究进展,根据抗凝机制的不同重点讨论了几种常见的涂层策略——间接灭活凝血因子类涂层和物理排斥吸附与黏附类涂层。对这些研究成果的梳理,旨在为未来医用材料表面抗凝血涂层的研发提供理论依据和技术参考。文中最后展望了这一领域未来的发展方向。With the development of biomedical engineering and medical devices,the compatibility of medical materials in contact with blood has attracted increasing attention.In order to reduce the adverse reactions due to thrombosis,researchers are committed to the development of anticoagulant coatings that can prevent blood adhesion and coagulation.This thesis introduced the research progress on anticoagulant coatings in recent years,focusing on several common coating strategies according to the anticoagulation mechanism:indirect inactivation of coagulation factor-based coatings and physical rejection of adsorption and adhesion-based coatings.By sorting out these research results,this thesis aimed to provide a theoretical basis and technical reference for the future development of anticoagulant coatings on the surface of medical materials,and to looked forward to the future development direction of this field.
